		<description>This is so apt, and a thought process so many Philly artists (myself included) need to turn into a constant internal monologue in order to find a foothold in this intensely talented, intensely competitive music scene.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also, I think the social web is opening up ways for local artists to reach the under-21 crowd prior to ever playing an under-21 show. That&#039;s a major sea change for those who manage to take advantage of it.</description>
