It's obvious that people don't bother to read an article before commenting on it.

I don't think I could make it any more clear that I LIKE THE ALBUM. I think it's good. I bought it, when I didn't have to, after already having the MP3's.

The way an album was released has nothing to do with a review of the music itself. No, I don't agree with the way it was released. Yes, I do enjoy the music.

And your mention of what "most people" think means absolutely nothing to me. If you look at the charts, "most people" think horrible music is worth buying. I have my opinion, and "most people" can have theirs. But I'll take Blacklisted over Lady Gaga any day.

you were already biased on this album due to your hatred for the fact that they decided to release it only on vinyl. so your review of this album was already a slightly negative one, the only thing that made it “seem” legit is that you tried really hard to make it legit. everybody already knew going into this review that you didn't care for the way the band approached releasing it. blacklisted has changed up their sound on every release they've had. “heavier than heaven…” was full of feedback as well and most people declared it one of the best hardcore albums to be released at the time.

Wow I thought I was crazy for thinking this. I happened upon your analysis after spinning the record. Thought the exact same thing but not in a negative way. Actually enjoyed Obsession.

The intro and rhythm scream “Let Go”, not intentional…probably.

I don't understand why you interviewed this guy. IMO, it would have been better if you interviewed a subject/band that you admire. Personally, I agree that the whole vinyl thing is a gimmick, but to each there own, you know? Your site looks nice, by the way -Daniel

i love almost the entire interview went something like this...

interviewer: "ok, im going to ask this question and its totally going to be a GOTCHA! moment. he's not even gonna know what to say..."
